This special meeting is happening at the Beaverton Community Center on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM.

After the cancellation of the January 16, 2020 meeting, this is a special meeting of the Beaverton NAC to meet with Riverside Homes, the developers behind the Southridge Park development on the lot located 13275 SW DAVIES RD. This is in response to the concerns of South Beaverton neighbors and users of Meadow Waye Park.

Niki Munson of Riverside Homes and staff will be on hand to answer questions about the development. This will likely be the only event in which the public will be able to provide comments to the developer.

Why You Should Attend

You should attend this meeting if you reside in Beaverton (especially South Beaverton) or you like to use Meadow Waye Park. The lot abuts Meadow Waye Park and according to documentation will add a very narrow connecting street and nine homes on the lot. Several of the homes have variances allowing them to be smaller than the R5 lot size. The connecting street will not support on street parking and will also create a very complex and potentially dangerous intersection near a play structure. It will also remove many large trees.
